New Construction

Buyers often assume newly built homes are safer options. Older homes tend to show deficiencies as time goes on. However, the quality of craftmanship can cause issues for your new home from the beginning.

We provide the following inspections for new construction homes.

Pre-Pour Inspections

This inspection takes place right at the beginning. The inspector will look at your homesite before the foundation is poured. We carefully examine the lot to make sure it is professionally prepared and ready for the foundation.

Pre-Drywall Inspection

Your house is under construction and the framing is up. This gives us a chance to get a closer look at the structural components of your home, as well as rough plumbing and electrical work. Here, we can note issues before they are covered up by drywall.

The Final Inspection

Your home is complete! We’ll take one final walk through and note any issues that need to be corrected before move-in.
